Role: The Registered Nurse in Home Health provides and supervises nursing care in patients' homes, ensuring compliance with laws and policies. Responsibilities: Develops and revises care plans collaboratively with physicians and healthcare team, supervises home health aides and nurses, and delivers high-quality clinical services. Conducts comprehensive assessments, documents visits accurately, and ensures patient eligibility and medical necessity. Maintains effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure quality care. Participates in team activities, supports orientation and training, and contributes to quality improvement initiatives. May assist in survey readiness and participate in on-call rotations. Qualifications: Requires an active RN license in Washington, at least 1 year of Home Health experience, valid driver's license, vehicle access, and CPR certification. Must be able to work in diverse home environments. Preferred Skills: Ability to work independently, strong communication, organizational skills.
